By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using MaxiGlobo, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Culinary Kit Orders

Order Process

When you place an order for our culinary kits, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within our service areas in Ontario and Quebec. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and for proper storage of ingredients upon delivery.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to our recurring delivery service, the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected frequency
• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account
• Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of MaxiGlobo or our content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use our content to create a competing service

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxiGlobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaxiGlobo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
